Basic Boxing/Fitness Classes held daily:

Monday - Thursday - 7:30AM, 9:30AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM

Monday and Wednesday - 6:00PM

Saturday 9:00AM Kids only class 3rd-8th grade

Sparring sessions every Tuesday and Thursday 5:30PM to close and Saturday 10:00AM to close.

Personal Training sessions are available:

30 minute session $30

1 hr session $50

Membership Dues:

Monthly - $120

Daily Rate - $20

Members have use of all gym equipment during open hours and can attend unlimited classes.

No matter what your goals are, I am here to help you achieve them. When I was four years old, I started in martial arts and boxing with Tae Kwon Do, then moved to Muay Thai/MMA and then moved to boxing. I have been involved with fighting and personal training for over thirty years and it’s my passion to teach everyone how to box. Learning to box isn’t just hitting a bag, it’s learning how to engage your entire body behind the punch, and that is where the workout and technique are for powerful punches and a fantastic workout! Whether you want to step into the ring, or just want to learn to box and get in a boxer’s shape then come in and get started with me.

If you want to lose weight and get in shape, my classes and personal training will be great for you! There are several classes every day and open gym hours beyond that so you can get a solid workout in any time.

For those who would like to step into the ring, whether just to get your feet wet, test your skills against someone in a friendly sparring match, or if you want to get in and fight against other competitors then I have the gym for you.
